WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order has shipped we can no longer make changes. If you need to change or cancel an order before it has shipped please email [email protected] with your order number.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
We will send you a tracking number once your order has been shipped. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

DO YOU ACCEPT PAYPAL?
We do! If you choose to checkout with PayPal you will be redirected to their website before finalizing your order.
THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER
If you have any problems with your order, such as damaged or missing items, or any other problems, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we'll take care of you!
MY ORDER DIDN'T GO THROUGH BUT I WAS STILL CHARGED
This problem is called an authorization attempt and is common with Shopify when billing information is entered incorrectly. Authorization is needed to check if a card holder has the sufficient funds to be approved by the merchant. If there is sufficient credit as determined by the bank, the sale will automatically go through. If there is a problem with validation, then the authorization is cancelled.
I'VE PLACED MY ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
All orders will ship in 2-3 business days from date of order confirmation. Please note, orders are not shipped over the weekend or U.S. holidays. Once processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note, shipping will be delayed during our sales but we try our best to fulfill it as quick as possible!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS SHIPPED?
We currently offer shipping via UPS:
Free domestic ground shipping (5-7 business days) on orders over $150
UPS Ground $8
2 Business Days $18
Next Day $30
Orders addressed to a PO Box will be shipped with USPS.
All Express orders must be placed before 3pm to be eligible for next day shipping.
Orders do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays, so if you order on Saturday, it will ship out on the next business day, which is Monday.
We will be closed on the following U.S. holidays:
New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve

We do! Our standard ground shipping is free for all domestic orders above $150.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
SHASHI is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. However, if your package does not arrive, please contact [email protected] to initiate a UPS claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Items may be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order. To receive a prepaid label please submit you return request here for our review. Please allow 2-3 business days to review your request.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. If caution is not made while trying on, we may reject the return.
All returns are only accepted on unworn, unaltered and immaculate items returned in original packaging. Any returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer.
SHASHI only offers store credit, no refunds. Returns may only be made once, items purchased with a store credit are non-refundable. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days to be processed.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item from your order, simply return the original item for a store credit and place a new order.
If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. Please send a photo of the damaged item if applicable. You have 48 hours after the purchase to exchange or get a replacement.
International shipments are shipped through UPS.

*Receiver is responsible for International Duties and Tax.
SHASHI is not responsible and will not reimburse any duties or taxes resulting from your refusal of delivery or failure to pay additional duties upon arrival.
DDU: Delivered Duty Unpaid
All countries are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid, and all local, state and national taxes are the full responsibility of the international customer. The taxes and duties will not be calculated in checkout. You will be responsible for paying the taxes and duties upon delivery of the order. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding these costs.
